Senergy has had whirlwind success throughout 2016, securing over £300k in funding. This was largely due to CEO Christine Boyle’s efforts in proving to funders the wider application of Senergy’s technology. The Centre of Advanced Sustainable Energy Funding Award (CASE) at Queens University Belfast, provided a generous £262k to help advance Senergy’s vision.
The In-Focus Innovate UK was the next round of funding Senergy had its sights on. With her idea for lightweight and affordable solar thermal panels, Christine won the £50k Female Innovator Award.
A big thank you to Innovate UK for enabling our growth into 2017 and for making possible much of our progress to date!
